Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Vision and hearing care formulas are eligible for withdrawal only unopened, with an intact factory seal, in their original box, and with all accessories included.
Return process
- Notifying intent to withdraw, stating the order number and the item to be returned, by email to [email protected].
- Receiving a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the precise domestic return postal address from customer support.
- Securely packing the unopened items while preserving the original protective packaging.
- Crediting the purchase price refund via bank transfer within 3-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned package.
Who pays return shipping
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the shipping costs: we will send a prepaid label or arrange courier collection. If you return an item by choice, the return shipping cost is yours; no other deductions will apply.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days after inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer to your designated account; for bank transfer payments, funds are returned to the same account. Banks typically process the transaction within 1-5 business days.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different variant, size, or product, please follow the return instructions and place a new order; the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded upon receipt. If the exchange is required due to our error, the new shipment will be sent at no extra charge.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is packed and dispatched. Please notify us at [email protected] with your order number. Once handed over to the courier, the standard return procedure applies.
