The goods

Clarisensus Kft. distributes dietary supplements, plant extracts, ear hygiene products, and comfort items supporting vision and hearing wellness, which are intended to complement daily self-care routines and are not considered medicinal products. Detailed product descriptions display ingredients, package contents, and exact sizes. Images are for illustrative purposes; final packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

The order becomes valid upon completion of the checkout process. We will send a confirmation email; the agreement takes effect once the items are dispatched. In the event of stock shortages or inaccurate details, we may decline the order and fully refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in HUF and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout before payment is initiated. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may adjust the price before dispatch and offer you the choice to confirm the order or cancel.

Delivery

Delivery methods, times, and costs are detailed in the Shipping and Payment section. The risk of damage to the package transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Product images and colours

Photographs are taken of real pieces crafted in our workshop. The shades shown on monitors depend on individual display settings and ambient light, so slight color variations are not considered defects and do not warrant free returns or compensation. Dimensions, materials used, and box contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We assume responsibility for carefully packaged items and tools until the courier hands them over to you or your designated recipient. After that, the risk of damage or loss passes to you. Any visible damage to packaging must be documented in a report in the courier's presence and submitted to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have 30 days from receipt to return items under the terms set out on the Returns page. Products are covered by statutory warranty under the Hungarian Civil Code and applicable Hungarian legislation, guaranteeing that the formulas are free from material defects and correspond to the composition details on the product label.

• Custom-made goods produced according to the consumer's individual instructions or express request.
• Sensitive products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
• Opened dietary supplements, ear drops, and eye contour care products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, in accordance with Section 29 (1) e) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
• Products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Sealed audio or video recordings providing informational content, if the packaging was unsealed after delivery.

Liability

The liability for damages of Clarisensus Kft. covers direct, proven damages and shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the ordered goods, or a maximum of 35000 Ft. These provisions in no way limit any obligations that cannot be restricted by law.

Age and use

Purchases require you to be at least 18 years of age. Please use our products and tools as directed, as they do not replace medical examinations or treatments.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the legal relationship between the parties are governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Hungary, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, the court having jurisdiction over our registered office will rule, without prejudice to consumer protection rights under your place of residence.
